Important change to how you log into your account

We've enhanced the measures we have in place to further improve our login security, as the protection of both your personal identity and the monies you have deposited/invested with RaboDirect are of prime importance to us.
What does this mean for me?
From July 28 2010, you will be required to enter the last 4 digits of your Digipass serial number every time you log in.
What do I need to do?
Go to the login page of the RaboDirect Secure Banking website.
Enter in your customer number, then tab or click into the next field.
Enter in the last 4 digits of your Digipass serial number (see image below), then tab or click into the next field.
Use your Digipass to get the randomly generated number that you need to access your account, and enter in that number.
You are now ready to login.

This additional step is similar to the extra code you sometimes have to use when authorising online transactions with credit cards.
