Mark Brighouse - Managing Director

Mark joined Brook in 2007 from Arcus Investment Management where he served as Chief Investment Officer.  Arcus is a unit of AXA Asia Pacific and Mark was involved in the AXA Group's investment decision-making forums in Australia and New Zealand.

Mark is responsible for the overall business strategy and operations of Brook. His investment experience has included managing bond portfolios, carrying out tactical asset allocation, and leading investment teams. Mark has a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) degree from the University of Waikato and is a CFA Charterholder. In 2004 he participated in the 36th annual Investment Management Workshop at Harvard Business School. Mark is also actively involved in supporting the CFA Institute and CFA programme. He is currently the President of the CFA Society of New Zealand.
