What does 'on hold' mean?

The RaboDirect Investment Committee may place a fund provider and/or fund 'on hold' if it no longer meets our selection criteria. The Investment Committee will usually only take this action as a temporary measure where the outstanding issues are likely to be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

If a fund provider is placed 'on hold', the Investment Committee may also decide to remove any or all existing funds of that fund provider in line with the selection criteria. This will prevent customers making new investments into any funds offered by the fund provider.
