Farm 2 Fork Golden Ticket Competition : Terms and Conditions


1. Entry details and the specified prize form part of these terms and conditions.

2. The draw for the prize (“Prize Draw”) is open to persons who satisfy the entry criteria.

3. Eligibility for participation in the Prize Draw requires the persons to satisfy the entry requirements set out in the email that announces the Prize Draw.

4. The promoter is Rabobank New Zealand Limited (“Rabobank”).

5. The promotional period during which Prize Draw entries will be accepted is from 8.00am on Tuesday 12 February 2019 and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 1 March 2019 (“Prize Draw Period”).

6. In addition, in order to be able to participate customers must satisfy the following criteria:

a. Be over 18 years of age at the start of the Prize Draw Period (Rabobank may require evidence of age).

b. Not be an employee or director of Rabobank or its related entities, or part of the immediate family of any such employee or director.

7. In order to enter the competition, each entrant must on the competition webpage, provide their contact details, and submit:

a. An original photo or video taken by the entrant relating to the theme “Food & Family” (file type and size restrictions apply); and

b. 20 words or less telling us “why saving with RaboDirect makes you feel good...” (“Entry”).

8. Entries will be judged by Rabobank on the basis of originality and creativity.

9. The prize is one of four trips for two to Cockatoo Island in Sydney Harbour (the “Prize”). Each Prize winner will receive return economy travel and accommodation for two people to attend the Farm2Fork event to be held in Sydney on Thursday 28th March 2019. Prize winners and their companions will need to arrange their own personal travel insurance. The Prize Draw winners will be selected by a manager of Rabobank, following the end of the Prize Draw Period.

10. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email after Friday 1 March 2019. The winners’ names may also be published on Rabobank’s website.

12. If the Prize or a portion of the Prize is unavailable, Rabobank will at its absolute discretion, where possible, provide an alternative prize or portion of the prize of equivalent value. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

13. If, for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, Rabobank may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the Prize Draw.

14. All entries become the property of Rabobank and may be used for promotional purposes (including the name of the entrant). Rabobank reserves the right to use all of the winners’ names, ages, voices, and likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.

15. Rabobank will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered in connection with the Prize or the Prize Draw. This is except for any liability which cannot legally be excluded. Rabobank will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with the Prize Draw.
