You are required to inform the Bank if your contact details have changed, and provide additional information to allow us to verify your identity. In some instances you may need to provide certified copies of specific documents.
From time to time, we will need to ask existing customers if that information is still up to date. We may also need to ask customers for additional information if their account activity changes over time and ask how customers intend to use their products or services.
If you hold a business or trust account with us, you will be required to complete an Account Review Form. Account Review forms will be mailed out and we will be in contact with each account holder to advise when to expect it.
