Key Accounts Services is a specialist arm of RaboDirect providing authorised financial advisers access to RaboDirect’s range of retail deposit and investment options for their clients.

How does it work?

Direct

You will need to establish a formal relationship with RaboDirect. This forms the basis of the relationship with client accounts then linked to your business relationship with us.

Platform

RaboDirect deposits are available via select Wrap platforms, so you can invest through your existing platform – no RaboDirect set-up required.

Talk to your platform provider to discuss whether RaboDirect deposits are currently available.

We have a dedicated, Wellington based support team to assist with any queries you may have. They will be able to explain the contractual and operational side of each relationship, so you can determine whether this is something that will be of value to your business. Our Key Account Services team will also be there to provide ongoing support for any client business you place with RaboDirect.

If you wish to access RaboDirect deposits via a platform or custodial service, you will need to speak with the platform or custodial service provider about enabling this access. If you would like to use the direct channel, you will need to establish a formal relationship with RaboDirect, which will provide you access to this service.

I have clients with existing RaboDirect accounts. Can I have them linked to my RaboDirect relationship?

Yes, clients with existing RaboDirect accounts can be linked with your RaboDirect relationship. They will simply need to sign an Intermediary Authorisation form (which we will provide you when your RaboDirect Key Account Services relationship is established).
