One of our goals at RaboPlus is to provide customers with an online facility that allows them to go about their daily banking when and where they like, without the requirement to have to contact us here at the bank; unless of course they wish to do so.
To meet this goal we continually invest in our website to make it even more user friendly and self-managing. When we receive queries into the CCC we feed these into our development plans for the website, with a view to ensuring customers know that they are able to perform these tasks online themselves.
With this in mind I thought it may be of use to gather the most commonly received requests into one forum. It may save you time in the future; particularly if our Contact Centre is busy or it is outside of our operating hours.
Address and Contact Details:
You have the facility to change both your residential and postal address, along with your other contact details, online. Simply:
To update your tax rate and/or IRD number online:
Log-in to your Raboplus account and click "Tax", then "Change RWT Rate".
For managed fund related tax you can update your PIR (Prescribed Investor Rate) online:
Log-in to your account and click "Tax", then "Change PIR".
We offer a range of tax certificates for customers to download at the end of the financial year. We make these available as soon as possible after 31st March each year.

Annual Investor Statement:
For managed fund tax you can download an Annual Investor Statement. Due to the more complicated nature of managed funds this is generally available online after the other certificates. If you wish to download an Investor Statement:
Also worth mentioning are our two most popular requests; replacing/unblocking a digipass and changing nominated accounts. Neither of these can be done by customers directly online; customers are instead required to complete a form and then send it into us. To unblock or replace your digipass please refer to my previous "Your Digipass and you" blog entry.
To change your nominated account:
Download the "Request to change Nominated Account" form which can also be found under "Help" on our homepage.
Complete and post the form, along with the attached direct debit form, to: Freepost RaboPlus, PO Box 38567, Wellington 5045.
You will also need to include confirmation of the old and new nominated accounts. This can be a copy of a recent bank statement, an encoded deposit slip, or an online print-out that shows the account name and number.
