Recently we have noticed that some of you ran into problems using our website. Based on our records, mainly website users who access their account by using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are experiencing difficulties. This phenomena appears to be related to a security update on the two browsers mentioned above and do occur intermittently. We are looking into this problem, and trying to find a solution.
In the meantime, opening the Login Page in an “Incognito Window” in Google Chrome, or via “Private Browsing” in Mozilla Firefox can in most instances fix this problem.
If this doesn't work, as an alternative solution, you could always use a different browser to access our website.
If you are using Google Chrome to enable the “Incognito Window”, right click onto the “Secure Login” button on our home page and then select “Open link in Incognito Window”.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox you are able to “Start Private Browsing” through the “Tools” section from the top menu. (The short key is “Ctrl+Shift+P”). If you are already in private browsing mode to “Stop Private Browsing” again please visit the “Tools” section from the top menu (Or just hit “Ctrls+Shift+P”).
Thank you very much for your patience and we hope you find these information useful. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to call our Contact Centre.
