Our very own RaboDirect Contact Centre was again a finalist in 'Best in Banking' at the 2015 CRM Contact Centre Awards. They also came 3rd in web/email customer service in the open category. During eight weeks of mystery shopping, contact centre staff around New Zealand underwent call listening, email analysis, questioning and judging. All the hard work, friendly service and empathy for the customer paid off for the team here in Wellington.
